Mastiha systematically eliminates or inhibits significantly the formation of microbial
plaques. Therefore, it helps preventing caries and periodontal troubles. Finally, eugenol
contained in mastiha oil is used today in dentistry as an antiseptic and soothing substance.
Our product contains Mastiha oil, also our Toothpaste contains propolis, which Helps
prevent Cavities. Cavities occur when oral bacteria, fueled by sugars and other simple
carbohydrates in the mouth, produce acids that attack tooth enamel, the white outer layer
of the tooth. Propolis helps prevent this in many ways. It kills oral bacteria and prevents
them from thriving.
